Why is this the case?<\/p>\n<p>Surprisingly, 56 per cent of respondents reported that new employees\u2019 unrealistic expectations often lead to early resignation. In addition, there are often issues with team dynamics or difficulties with the manager, as confirmed by 38 per cent of participants.
