Our experienced trainers will convey the theoretical foundations to you in a clear and engaging manner, before you experience and apply what you have learnt in practice during the active module.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">Activity module: capturing those \u2018aha\u2019 moments<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The BITOU activity modules are designed to bring the theoretical content to life in a fun and engaging way. Through team tasks, the knowledge acquired previously is applied in practice and consolidated. For example, in the \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bitou.de\/en\/team-development\/before-mars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Before Mars<\/a>\u2019 activity module, participants experience first-hand how targeted decisions make all the difference: they must gather resources and use them wisely, whilst some actions have only a limited impact on the final outcome. Targeted reflection with the team trainer will help you to better understand the dynamics within the team. Communication is a key element among them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Are you familiar with the popular dish \u2018spaghetti Bolognese\u2019? Have you perhaps even cooked it yourself? If so, you may have noticed whilst looking up recipes that there are different ways of preparing it and different ingredients used. It\u2019s much the same with communication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Every team member can communicate, but what should communication within the team and the company look like? Is communication characterised by openness and honesty, and is it practised frequently?
