Our client’s goal:<\/h3>\n

A team event with the international Deutsche Post team. The aim was for the employees to get to know each other better, as they only meet in person once or twice a year. At the same time, the new team members should be introduced to the corporate culture and identify with the company.<\/p>\n

One format that is ideal for this is the Quer durchs Hotel. This event can be easily adapted to customer requirements and customized to meet specific needs.
\nIn addition, the duration, team constellations and rooms can be arranged very flexibly, so that a suitable event can be created for almost any situation thanks to BITOU’s expertise.<\/p>\n

Our approach:<\/h3>\n

During the initial consultation, our experienced event manager discussed exactly how the desired objectives should be implemented with the client’s contacts. In particular, how the content was to be communicated was defined. This included quiz questions about the company, photo challenges, creative tasks and also imparting knowledge to the participants.<\/p>\n

Our colleague then revised the desired content together with the customer and incorporated it into the game. After several tests to ensure that everything worked flawlessly on the day of the event, the preparations were complete.
\nThe picture frames, which are distributed in the location and have to be found by the participants during the event, usually show fictitious people.<\/p>\n

For Deutsche Post, BITOU depicted people from the direct Deutsche Post environment in the picture frames. This creates a deeper identification with the entire company. Through a positive link, the experience is remembered and thus also the content, images and associations.<\/p>\n

Part of Quer durchs Hotel is also the joint wrap-up on the day of the event by our experienced moderator Josephine. In this wrap-up, the photos and videos from the various challenges within the event are looked at again for joint learning. In this way, the experiences of the other teams are also transparent and there are of course shared laughs that can be discussed for days to come.<\/p>\n
