The participants enter their own production environment and are assigned roles. It soon becomes clear that this isn\u2019t about baking, but about the teamwork behind it \u2013 organisation, coordination and clear responsibilities.<\/p>\n

The production target is set out: a specific turnover benchmark must be achieved.
\nThe first challenge arises immediately: how do we organise ourselves as a team to work efficiently?<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t
