Rudolph und co. \u2013 the story behind it<\/h2>\n

We all know the story: Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer dreams about flying over the clouds with Father Christmas. Sounds friendly. But those who think that it is harmonious in reindeer herds are mistaken: because the others also want what Rudolph wants!<\/p>\n

And so it begins, a race in six rounds: which team can train the quickest reindeer and win the grace of Father Christmas? It is not only about speed, but also the best strategy – and also keeping an eye on the other teams and sabotaging them.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The course of events<\/h3>

The wintery team event takes place at a place of your choice. The BITOU presenter comes to you, equipped with a screen and a beamer.<\/p>\n

A two minute video at the beginning explains the rules of the game Reindeer Race. Then it begins: everyone opens up the game in the bowser on their phone. The participants all take their turn at the same time and get allocated three reindeer as champions. It\u2019s all about leading to victory, but also stopping the \u201enemesis\u201c getting to victory. This is achieved through feeding with the proper nutrition: fruit and vegetables make the reindeer faster, sweet things make the reindeer slower.<\/p>\n

Then the race begins. After each of the six race rounds there is time to thing about further strategies and to chose the most appropriate nutrition packet for the next race. Should there be more fruit and vegetables to improve the champions, or the packet with sweets to sabotage the other reindeer. The paradox of choice for every participant!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t

The backdrop<\/h3>

The Reindeer Race is played in a 3D world, lovingly decorated with details such as falling snowflakes and fairy lights around the racing track. This is a different kind of Christmas party! It is ideal to have a Christmassy ambiance on site, with delicious food and drinks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t

The technology<\/h3>

Reindeer Race is a browser-based web game. You don\u2019t need to install an app. Each player can play the game from their phone, tablet or PC. You just need a stable internet connection .<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t

A little spark of competition brings life into the team! This also applies to the Christmas party. You don\u2019t have to be a professional gamer in order to want to compete and win at the Reindeer Race. With Rudolf and co., an atmosphere is created.
