All participants gather in the plenary session and immediately there is excitement in the air. In a short, activating warm-up, we set the first creative impulses. The group senses:

Now the teams are formed\u2014either randomly or according to your preferences (e.g., cross-departmental). Once each group is together, they head to their own work table.

The challenge:

\nThere is communication, laughter, experimentation, rebuilding, and suddenly a piece of a larger whole is growing everywhere.<\/p>\n
