This is what it is all about at this online Christmas party: colleagues present one of their objects and talk about the especially formative moments in their lives. The others bid &#8211; the more impressive the story, the more they will bid. Personal impressions arise which the normal work day doesn\u2019t usually allow. There is a catalogue for this which the BITOU team will send to everyone before the team event. At the auction itself, \u201cneutral\u201d bids are given &#8211; and then the observer tells the story behind the object. What was the life of the old teddy like before he became a dust catcher? Why has the blue and white vase survived for decades in the living room, despite the cracks? The more touching the stories are, the more they drive up the price.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"cell d-flex flex-col\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"bg-white d-flex flex-col pa8 flex-grow-1 shadow1\"><h3 class=\"mt0 mb2\">How does it work with technology?<\/h3><div class=\"flex-grow-1\"><p>The participants connect through a meeting software that is ideally already known within the company. We will run a test in advance so that everyone can participate without limits. During the team event, our trainers are available in an especially created support channel in order to quickly answer any questions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"cell d-flex flex-col\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"bg-white d-flex flex-col pa8 flex-grow-1 shadow1\"><h3 class=\"mt0 mb2\">What if I have nothing to tell?<\/h3><div class=\"flex-grow-1\"><p>Everyone has a story to tell! The experienced team trainers from BITOU make sure to ask cautious and aimed questions, so that every story is wholly visible and the person behind the object is made visible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"cell d-flex flex-col\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"bg-white d-flex flex-col pa8 flex-grow-1 shadow1\"><h3 class=\"mt0 mb2\">What can we take away from it as a team?<\/h3><div class=\"flex-grow-1\"><p>At the team event \u201cOnline Auction\u201d, colleagues and HR managers find out a lot about the values, motives and needs of individuals. The deliberate emotional discussion with the team has a sustainable effect and improves mutual understanding. And the online auction is appropriate to stay in a lengthy conversation. Where did the auction offed items end up? What do the buyers connect with them?
