Objective<\/h3>

“Before Mars” gets your team to work together and cooperate. Not only management, but also leadship qualities are encouraged in order to conquer the mutal task. “Before Mars” is played in four quarters, each with 5 rounds. In each round, the team has to collect as many ressources as possible and with their help send rockets for the transport to Mars. This is the only way the continuation of the human race can be secured and to reach the common goal. Each ignited rocket earns the team status points. These can either be used for common use or collected. As only the team with the most status points at the end will be authorised to govern the future Mars colony. Could this influence the decision making within the team? No easy challenge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t

Measurability<\/h3>

“Before Mars” is played in quarters, each with 5 rounds. With each quater, the output should grow and more people should be brought to Mars. We measure which ressources should be used and how the global crisis is dealt with. The measured results give clues to the team performance, the networking of the teams and a leadership\/management index. The measured results can be compared with other teams\/groups worldwide and in this way create benchmarks for your team success.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t
