To begin with, the facilitator takes the lead, welcomes the participants and sets a relaxed tone within a few minutes. The procedure is briefly explained, any questions are answered, and small teams are then formed. As the session progresses, a wide variety of activity formats emerge: puzzles and brain teasers, physical mini-challenges, and creative activities such as air guitar, pantomime or spontaneous team performances.
