Outdoor activities promote exercise and fresh impressions; indoor activities are weather-independent and easy to plan. On request, you can receive a set consisting of an outdoor programme and a bad weather option.

Q: Can we integrate goals (e.g. getting to know new colleagues)?

Yes. We tailor the process and facilitation to your goals and offer optional reflection prompts (10–30 minutes) for greater transfer.

At BITOU, a team event is a consciously designed shared experience that brings people together, energises them and strengthens their sense of belonging. It is not a “light seminar”, but a professionally moderated format with clear dramaturgy – scalable from 10 to 3,000 people, implementable throughout Germany and, depending on requirements, indoor, outdoor or virtual. Planning security is included: location check, bad weather option and transparent organisation. On request, we can integrate a short transfer impulse (10–30 minutes) so that impressions and insights are effectively and pragmatically incorporated into everyday working life.

As a general rule, if participation is work-related or mandatory, the time spent participating counts as working time. For purely voluntary events – especially those outside regular working hours – the classification may differ. The employment contract, company/service agreement and, if applicable, collective agreement are decisive. Clarify this in advance with HR/works council; we will tailor the process and timing to your specifications.
