A team event is a deliberately designed shared experience that brings people together, energises them and strengthens their sense of belonging. Professionally moderated, plannable for 10–3,000 people and, depending on requirements, can be held indoors, outdoors or virtually – with clear dramaturgy, a bad weather option and reliable organisation.

Outdoor activities promote exercise and fresh impressions; indoor activities are weather-independent and easy to plan. On request, you can receive a set consisting of an outdoor programme and a bad weather option.

As a general rule, if participation is work-related or mandatory, the time spent participating counts as working time. For purely voluntary events – especially those outside regular working hours – the classification may differ. The employment contract, company/service agreement and, if applicable, collective agreement are decisive. Clarify this in advance with HR/works council; we will tailor the process and timing to your specifications.
