Well-crafted invitation communications ensure a high attendance rate and also set the tone for the entire event.

  • Choose a date well in advance – Tip: take into account external events such as holiday periods, major sporting events (World Cup, Olympics, etc.) and regional events
  • Send out a ‘Save the Date’ – Tip: send these out 6–12 months before the company anniversary, particularly to key business partners, VIPs, etc.
