Why are team coaching measures necessary?

Team coaching thrives on practical experience. Our measures create moments of insight, reveal dynamics, and provide teams with tools they can use directly in their everyday work. This is not about the entire coaching process, but about the specific building blocks that effectively initiate change.

Our measures were developed by our experienced team, together with experts from around the world. They are based on psychological principles and studies. These include those by Dr. Gaia Grant from the University of Sydney.
