The idea: team bonding through an adventure together
By »team bonding«, we mean processes in team building where free, unforced togetherness is the focus. The colleagues do something together, have fun – and ideally get a buzz. This strengthens the us-feeling!
»Team-Mopoly« is ideal for this, as it provides variation and surprise through its different tasks. Strategy, creativity, sport, team work, knowledge: there is something there for everyone.
The course of events
The colleagues split up into teams that play against each other like different coloured players. What happens next? Roll the dice, pull a card, play… you know the drill.
But in contrast to a real board game, the teams roll the dice at the same time and pull a card on the field where they have been rolled. Here, one of 20 games awaits the teams. In this way, the game time can be planned exactly.
Whoever wins each of the games gets the game money. This can be invested in the next station and with smart planning, also bring in revenue.
Maximising the win for everyone
Do you notice the similarities to the well-known board game? The person who piles up all the game money wins. The magnum of sekt which you win as a prize will hopefully be shared with everyone!
The games
Tower building, puzzle games, exercise bike, a theatre station: amongst the 20 games, there is something suitable for every colleague. Hint: make sure to put the teams together cleverly at the beginning!
Is this something for my team?
If you are looking for an exciting challenge for your team – yes. For team bonding however, there should be no conflicts in the room. »Team-Mopoly« is also not appropriate to work on team topics or structures. That would be content for team training.
Are you interested in effective process optimization?
In “The Chocolate Factory”, your team will be trained to focus on the essentials. Participants learn to understand customer requirements and to translate these into optimized processes together. This strengthens collaboration within the team and breaks down existing silo thinking.
