Starting together
Within the first few minutes, you can feel the atmosphere changing. The moderated icebreaker brings laughter and lightness into the room, inhibitions disappear and the participants naturally find common ground.
The tablets are distributed, the rules explained – and suddenly there is a special feeling in the air: today we are experiencing something together that connects us.

Olympic competitions at 10 stations
As soon as the first tasks begin, the teams start to generate energy. Movement, joy and genuine cohesion spread throughout the group.
