BITOU’s chain reaction was a fantastic and well-executed team-building event that we all enjoyed immensely. Despite the long day and tiredness in the evening, the event left a lasting impression and contributed to a creative and committed team spirit. Felix did an excellent job of moderating the event, and it was impressive to see how we all pulled together as a team in the end.

Chain Reaction 4.0 – the exciting activity module for agile teams ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Dear Ms. Trotter,
On behalf of our division management and colleagues, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the wonderful, refreshing hours that Marcus Richter gave us.
I must admit that some of my colleagues were very reserved during Marcus’ introductory speech, but as soon as the creative time slot began, even the most ‘negative and defiant’ colleagues were wide awake and paying close attention.
Suddenly, as soon as the mixed groups stood at the tables, creativity, concentration, and a tireless search for working materials were in full swing.
Slowly, solution-oriented structures emerged, things were glued and hammered together, a siren spontaneously and loudly signaled its deployment, lights flashed and clattered on every table, fans practiced supplying air to bring movement to a sub-process, modified and astonishingly practical individual stations grew, which finally merged to form a complex overall structure.
The greatest joy after this exciting work and the exchange with colleagues turned out to be the moment when the floodlight was triggered by a ball and, at the same time, the confetti cannon confirmed the successful completion of the chain reaction with a loud bang.
Thank you very much for this wonderful experience, which we were able to enjoy thanks to you.
