The PCI-15 Check is free for individuals and available immediately. For organisational use, 360° programmes or combining with Team Power, BITOU is happy to advise individually and free of charge.

Leader Power is not a personality test — it is a measurement model for leadership behaviour and impact. The focus is on repeatable measurement. After completing the profile, a leader immediately knows where the next concrete step lies.

You create an invite link and share it with people who should assess you. They complete the same questionnaire — phrased from an external perspective. Optionally, assessments remain hidden until at least 2 external views are received. This ensures no individual can be identified.

Team Power measures the collective performance of the team; Leader Power measures the individual leadership quality. Both instruments are developed by BITOU and can be ideally combined for a complete picture of the leadership situation at team and individual level.
