Cancellation and participant reduction conditions
Cancellation conditions in case of complete cancellation of the event
Up to 40 days before the event 15 % of the total price;
up to 20 days before the event 30 % of the total price;
up to 10 days before the event 50% of the total price;
up to 3 days before the event 90% of the total price;
from 3 days the total price is due even in case of cancellation.
Conditions for reduction of number of participants from 9 participants
Up to 20 days before the event 30% of the participants;
up to 10 days before the event 20 % of the participant;
up to 3 days before the event 10 % of the participant; after that no reduction possible.
Conditions for reducing the number of participants up to and including 8 participants
up to 5 days before the event maximum 1 participant; after that no more reduction possible.
Note: The event is usually also possible with more than 1 TN cancellation, but it will be charged at least number of participants minus 1
