Getting started & creative warm-up phase – Back to game mode

We deliberately start off in a playful way.
Participants tackle their first simple building tasks and discover how differently people approach the same materials.

It soon becomes clear that:
Everyone thinks differently, builds differently and contributes their own ideas.

The perfect way to broaden perspectives and forge initial bonds within the team.

The first step towards interconnection – from your own table to the bigger picture

Now the shift from individual thinking to collaboration begins.
Small building tasks suddenly become a shared task: teams must link their structures together and coordinate their efforts.

It quickly becomes clear:
Who is communicating actively?
Who is only thinking about their own section?
And who is keeping an eye on the bigger picture?

The playful nature of the activity remains – but the team dynamics become apparent.

Main construction phase – Everyone builds a storey; together, we build a system

Now the main construction phase begins:
Each team develops its own floor of a large LEGO tower system with integrated reaction mechanisms.

Marble runs, triggers, channelling mechanisms and creative transitions must be coordinated so that the reaction later runs smoothly through all levels.

And this is precisely where the real added value lies:
No team can succeed on its own.
Only when the interfaces work will the entire system function properly.

The Final & Shared Success – When Everything Comes Together

Now comes the big moment:
The reaction is triggered.

The marble or the vehicle moves through the individual storeys, teams cheer them on together – and at the end, the entire system triggers the final confetti cannon.

An emotional finale that brings home the point:
Success comes when all the parts work together.
